THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may also share your information with member companies of the Beauty Industry Fund. Otherwise, we only share personally identifiable information provided by you with third parties outside of the Beauty Industry Fund membership with your permission. By joining a Beauty Industry Fund mailing list, we assume that you have given permission for the Beauty Industry Fund to share this information with third parties. We always provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of our mailing lists, prohibiting any further sharing of your information (except when we believe the law requires us to disclose it or when the disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of the Beauty Industry Fund or its member companies).
HOW TO OPT OUT
If you choose to opt-out of our mailing list, please click on the link below to remove your name from the list. Enter your email address and click 'remove' and you will be taken off the mailing list. Please state your name, address and phone number for identification purposes.

To sign up for a mailing list, you must be 13 or older. Parents, if you suspect that your child has signed up, you have the right to request that your child be removed from our mailing list. To do so, please send a request via email.
